Billing Policies
All work will be quoted fully in advance. There will never be unexpected costs or overcharges. Advice and consultation are always free.
When providing informational items we must request payment in full in advance in most instances. We can sometimes make exceptions when the availability of a given item is not guaranteed.
When providing services on an hourly billing basis we must request some form of payment in advance. For short assignments on behalf of new clients we are generally unable to offer payment terms. For longer assignments and work on behalf of returning clients we can work on a retainer basis.
Payment can be accepted through a number of secure methods.
